己烯雌酚所致乳腺增生大鼠ig和sc鹿角提取物对血中催乳素prolactin(PRL)升高有抑制作用,尤其皮下给药最为明显。角叉菜胶和己烯雌酚两种炎症模型都伴有血中PRL含量的升高,鹿角提取物对其PRL升高均有抑制作用。本文证明,鹿角提取物抑制PRL升高的机制可能通过升高脑多巴胺(DA)含量,这一作用在角叉菜胶性炎症所致PRL升高最明显
The ig and sc antler extracts of hypertensive rats induced by diethylstilbestrol have inhibitory effects on the elevation of prolactin (PRL) in blood, especially subcutaneous administration. Both carrageenan and diethylstilbestrol were associated with elevated PRL levels in blood, and antler extracts inhibited their PRL elevation. This article demonstrates that the mechanism of inhibition of PRL elevation by antler extract may increase brain dopamine (DA) content, which is the most pronounced increase in PRL caused by carrageenan inflammation
