激光熔覆法的孔隙现象研究(邀请论文)

探讨了加工参数对激光熔覆孔隙率的影响。在实验上运用激光熔覆法对烧结件进行堆栈加工,探讨激光功率对熔覆后试件孔隙率的影响。在数值分析方面,以自行编写的数值分析程序,分析激光熔覆过程中因粉末温度产生的表面能差异对孔隙率的影响,比较计算与实验测量结果,发现具有一致性。旨在说明激光功率引发的表面能差异将对熔覆试件孔隙率造成影响,所得到的实验及数值分析结果可为后续研究提供依据。 The effect of processing parameters on the laser cladding porosity was discussed. In the experiment, the laser cladding method was used to stack the sintered parts, and the influence of laser power on the porosity of the specimens after cladding was investigated. In the aspect of numerical analysis, the self-prepared numerical analysis program was used to analyze the effect of surface energy difference caused by powder temperature on the porosity during laser cladding. Comparing the calculated results with the experimental results, it was found that there is consistency. The purpose of this study is to show that the difference in surface energy induced by the laser power will affect the porosity of the cladding specimen. The experimental and numerical results obtained may provide the basis for further research.
