随着中国职业教育改革深入,人才培养目标逐渐向培养实用性人才倾斜。在这种背景下,对高职院校教师实践能力也提出了更高要求。本文通过对当前高职院校教师实践能力的现状分析,提出通过校企合作、职称评定机制改革和构建双师队伍等策略,从而提升高职院校教师实践能力。 With the deepening reform of vocational education in China, the goal of personnel training has gradually shifted to cultivating practical talents. In this context, higher vocational teachers also put forward higher requirements for practical ability. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the practical ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward that through the cooperation between school and enterprises, the reform of professional title rating system and the construction of double-team, so as to enhance the practical ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
