Mr. Zhu Baoliu, a 70-year-old senior, once served as deputy director and chief engineer of a certain Air Force research institute. Now he is still at home and he is still conducting exploration work on the Air Force equipment. In the interview, he described in depth the importance of adhering to the competition mechanism and not being able to relax the key technological research on the 21st century for China’s aviation industry to break through.
