微生物源食源性疾病是一个世界性的公共卫生问题,其暴发不仅严重危害了人类健康,还带来了严重的经济损失,受到各国的高度重视。全面了解国内外微生物源食源性疾病监测的网络和机制、食源性疾病暴发相关的原因食品以及国内外微生物源食源性疾病的发病季节和分布规律,有助于我们对食源性疾病的监测、预防和控制。本文总结了食源性疾病爆发的相关知识,介绍了世界卫生组织、发达国家(美国、英国、丹麦和澳大利亚)以及我国对常见微生物源食源性疾病的监测现状。通过了解和借鉴世界各国的监测方式,提出了预防和控制食源性疾病的措施,包括:加强食源性疾病监测网络建设,加大食品安全监管力度,扩大食源性疾病监测范围和加强对食源性疾病的宣传教育,为我国食源性疾病的监控和防控提供有价值的参考。
Microbial origin Food-borne diseases are a worldwide public health issue whose outbreak not only seriously endangers human health, but also brings about serious economic losses and is highly valued by all countries. A comprehensive understanding of the domestic and international network and mechanism of microbial disease surveillance of food borne diseases, food-related diseases outbreaks of food and the onset and distribution of microbial-derived foodborne diseases at home and abroad, contribute to our understanding of foodborne diseases Monitoring, prevention and control. This article summarizes the knowledge related to the outbreak of foodborne illness and presents the current status of WHO, developed countries (the United States, the United Kingdom, Denmark and Australia) and our country in monitoring the prevalence of foodborne diseases of microbial origin. By understanding and using the monitoring methods of other countries in the world, the measures to prevent and control food-borne diseases have been put forward. These measures include strengthening the construction of foodborne disease surveillance network, stepping up food safety supervision, expanding the scope of foodborne disease surveillance and strengthening The publicity and education on foodborne diseases provide valuable reference for the monitoring and prevention and control of foodborne diseases in China.
