应用计算机对分光光度法测定土壤中微量元素Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe的吸光度进行分析处理(CPA法),经T检验,测定结果小于T005,与原子吸收分光光度法(AAS法)无显著差异,概率保证的置信程度为:Cu2+>Fe2+>Mn2+>Zn2+;CPA法根据郎伯———比耳定律给出的混合溶液各组分吸光度的加和性,分别测定混合标准溶液和待测混合溶液的多波长吸光度,应用最小二乘法和矩阵运算方法,最大限度地减少了干扰和误差,方便、快速地计算出待测溶液的2~4个组分含量,本文附有使用的QBASIC程序。
