为确立笼式烟夹密集烘烤最佳装烟密度,开展了中部烟叶烘烤试验。结果表明:烟叶外观质量以59.52 kg/m2装烟密度(烤房装烟量4 000 kg)最好,66.96 kg/m2(4 500 kg)较好,74.40 kg/m2(5 000 kg)较差;随着装烟密度增大,烟叶烟碱和总氮含量趋增,糖含量变化幅度较小,糖碱比值下降并趋于协调,中性香味物质含量呈减少趋势,但处理间差异不显著;装烟密度愈大,烟叶感官质量愈好;当装烟密度增至66.96 kg/m2(烤房装烟量4 500kg)时,烟叶感官质量明显更好,清香风格明显突出。因此,笼式烟夹密集烘烤装烟密度以66.96 kg/m2(烤房装烟量4 500 kg)左右为佳。
