针对热轧厂SP侧压调宽后出现板形不良而造成热轧成材率下降的问题,提出采用新型双斜面侧压模块以改善SP侧压后的板坯形状、降低板坯的尾部翘曲。有限元数值模拟与实验的研究结果表明:采用新型双斜面模块调宽后,板坯中部的“狗骨”峰值有较大程度的降低,其“狗骨”的最大高度值小于目前热轧厂普遍使用的单斜面模块,而宽度方向上中心部位的厚度大于单斜面模块;同时,双斜面模块的调宽效率高于单斜面模块;相同变形条件下,经单斜面模块侧压后的板坯尾部翘曲程度大,双斜面模块能够明显减小SP侧压后的板坯尾部翘曲,采用双斜面模块可以改善板坯SP侧压后的板形。
