非公有经济的信用含义主要包括三个层次:侠义性的信用、功利性的信用、本原性的信用。在市场经济的大背景下,非公有经济的信用缺失容易造成多方面的严重危害。造成非公有经济的总体信用不高、部分信用缺失的原因是多种多样的。因此,非公有经济的信用建设仅靠独善其身是难以奏效的。非公有经济的信用建设作为一项系统工程,必须从加强全民信用意识教育、建立健全信用法律体系、逐步建立社会信用体系等多方面的综合努力才能完成。
The non-public economy’s credit meaning mainly includes three levels: chivalrous credit, utilitarian credit, original credit. Under the background of market economy, the lack of credit in the non-public economy is likely to cause many serious hazards in many aspects. The total credit of the non-public economy is not high enough. Some of the reasons for the lack of credit are various. Therefore, the building of a non-public sector of the credit system alone can hardly be effective. As a systematic project, the credit construction of the non-public economy must be completed in a comprehensive effort to strengthen education on universal credit awareness, establish and improve the credit law system, and gradually establish a social credit system.
