依据大量国内、外技术文献,简要回顾燃煤电厂氮氧化物的生成原理及其研究现状,从原理和应用的角度分析现有氮氧化物控制方法的特点和局限,包括降低火焰中心温度、缩短燃料在主燃区停留时间、添加还原剂及吸收吸附等方法;介绍基于建立氮氧化物生成及锅炉效率模型的多目标燃烧优化思路。
Based on a large number of domestic and foreign technical documents, a brief review of the generation principles of nitrogen oxide in coal-fired power plants and their research status are given. The characteristics and limitations of the existing nitrogen oxide control methods are analyzed from the perspective of principle and application, including reducing the temperature of the flame center and shortening Fuel residence time in the main combustion zone, addition of reductant and absorption and adsorption methods. The idea of multi-objective combustion optimization based on the establishment of NOx generation and boiler efficiency model is introduced.
