根据动态设定型AGC(DAGC)基本原理、平整机结构和带钢材料特性,开发出一种改进的DAGC模型。对压力闭环控制方式、DAGC及改进的DAGC下轧制力控制精度进行实验研究,结果表明:DAGC和改进的DAGC模型可实现平整机恒压力控制,并且在改进的DAGC控制方法下,平整机传动侧压力、操作侧压力和总压力的控制精度及稳定性高于DAGC和压力闭环两种方式。该控制方法解决了带钢横向厚度均匀性不良时平整机压力稳定性不高的问题。
According to the basic principle of dynamic setting AGC (DAGC), the structure of flattener and the characteristics of strip material, an improved DAGC model was developed. The closed-loop pressure control, DAGC and improved DAGC control precision are studied experimentally. The results show that the DAGC and the improved DAGC model can realize the constant pressure control of the flattening machine, and under the improved DAGC control method, Machine drive side pressure, operating pressure and total pressure control accuracy and stability than DAGC and pressure closed-loop two ways. The control method solves the problem of low pressure stability of the flattening machine when strip lateral thickness uniformity is poor.
