性别歧视造成女性人力资本投资不足,无论是在保健投资、教育投资以及培训投资等方面,女性都处于劣势。在现实生活中,更多的就业女性在岗位、晋升与薪酬方面相比男性,有着不公平的对待。笔者主要从劳动力市场性别歧视的现象、原因以及其影响出发,对女性人力资本投资进行深入探讨,并提出了相应的对策建议。
Gender discrimination has resulted in under-investment of women’s human capital, which is at a disadvantage for both women and men in health care investment, education investment and training investment. In real life, more employed women are unfairly treated than men in terms of position, promotion and remuneration. Based on the phenomenon of sex discrimination in the labor market, its causes and its impact, the author mainly discusses the investment of female human capital in depth and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
