在北京市昌平区北七家镇平西王府温都水城中四面环水的湖心岛上,坐落着鲍鱼岛酒店。鲍鱼岛上小桥流水,风景怡人,具有接待住宿和餐饮宴会、娱乐功能。而这里的餐饮即有厨师精心制作的高档鲍鱼、鱼翅、海参等高档精品菜肴,也有与周围小桥流水的秀丽风光相配的田园式家常菜肴。由刘海英经理和何伟厨师长带领的厨房10多位厨师,在菜肴保持传统口味基础上,求新求变。他们结合鲍鱼岛餐饮的接待特点,在菜肴精工制作和创新上下工夫,菜肴采取中西结合的手法,即保持了家常口味,又提高了菜肴制作精细度。有些菜肴稍加变化,不仅口味更好,造型更美观,也提高了菜肴价值。
