序言近年来有机氟化物在药物中也得到了广泛使用。其中,多数是含三氟甲基(CF_2)化合物。例如: 这些化合物中的三氟甲基大多直接连于芳环上,但也有些化合物中的三氟甲基不是直接连在芳环上,如化合物 D 和 E。由于氟原子的电负性强,故引入三氟甲基导致化合物的电子效应和脂溶性增大.在药物设计的 Hansch 式中,这二个方面都是重要的因素。所以,可以说三氟甲基在药物设计中是重要的研究对象。
In recent years, organic fluoride has also been widely used in medicine. Among them, most are trifluoromethyl-containing compounds. For example, most of the trifluoromethyl groups in these compounds are directly attached to the aromatic rings, but some of the trifluoromethyl groups in the compounds are not directly attached to the aromatic rings, such as compounds D and E. Due to the strong electronegativity of fluorine atoms, the introduction of trifluoromethyl results in an increase in the electronic effect and lipid solubility of the compounds, both of which are important factors in the Hansch formula for drug design. Therefore, it can be said that trifluoromethyl is an important research object in drug design.
