目的:运用“6S”管理是为了保障药品质量,员工养成自觉遵守规章制度,凡事认真的习惯。方法:对照“6S”管理标准,从整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全6个方面,对调剂区、办公区、生活区进行规范管理,制定药房管理制度,规范员工行为。结果:工作环境整洁有序,工作流程优化,培养了员工良好的职业素养,工作效率、服务水平得以提高。结论:“6S”管理营造了良好的工作氛围,保证了药学服务与安全,为医院树立了良好的社会形象
Purpose: To use “6S ” management is to ensure the quality of medicines, employees develop a conscious habit of abiding by the rules and regulations, everything. Methods: According to the management standard of “6S ”, we standardized management of the swap area, office area and living area from 6 aspects of arranging, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning, literacy and safety, formulating the pharmacy management system and standardizing the employee behavior. Results: The working environment was tidy and orderly, the workflow was optimized, and the employees’ good professional accomplishments, work efficiency and service level were raised. Conclusion: “6S ” management has created a good working atmosphere, guaranteed pharmacy services and safety, and established a good social image for the hospital
