目的了解心理干预技术对劳教警察职业倦怠、情绪及社会支持的效果。方法采用Maslach倦怠量表(MBI)、状态特质焦虑问卷(STAI)、贝克抑郁问卷(BDI)、社会支持状况评估(SSRS)等对217名劳教警察进行调查,并对其进行2个月的心理干预,干预之后再次进行问卷评估。结果劳教警察情绪衰竭和个人成就感降低维度心理干预后较干预前有明显的改善(t=3.19和t=2.59,P=0.0016和P=0.0106);劳教警察抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪心理干预后较干预前有明显改善(t=14.382和t=3.562,P<0.001);劳教警察社会支持各维度心理干预后较心理干预前有明显的改善(P<0.05)。结论心理干预技术对劳教警察职业倦怠效果显著,对劳教警察抑郁、焦虑情绪干预效果显著,对劳教警察社会支持干预效果显著。
Objective To understand the effects of psychological intervention on job burnout, emotional and social support of police in labor camps. Methods A total of 217 police officers from the labor camp were investigated with the Maslach Burnout Inventory (STAI), the Bark Depression Inventory (BDI) and the Social Support Status Assessment (SSRS) Intervention, intervention again after the questionnaire assessment. The results showed that the police retired in the labor force experienced a decrease in emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment compared with that before the intervention (t = 3.19 and t = 2.59, P = 0.0016 and P = 0.0106) (T = 14.382 and t = 3.562, P <0.001). Psychological intervention in all dimensions of social support for police officers in labor camp after police intervention showed a significant improvement (P <0.05) compared with before psychological intervention. Conclusion Psychological intervention has significant effect on job burnout of the police in labor camps. It has significant effect on the depression and anxiety of police officers in the labor camp, and has significant effect on the social support intervention of the police in labor camps.
