随着铁路时速的不断提高,对于路基稳定性也提出了越来越高的要求。为了有效地控制软基地段路基的工后沉降和不均匀沉降,各种软基处理工法在铁路建设中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文结合遂渝铁路的软土地基处理实例,详细地介绍了振冲碎石桩的成桩工艺,施工质量控制应注意事项,桩体及桩间土强度检测等。最后,对今后的施工和设计提出了一些建议。
With the continuous improvement of railway speed, the stability of the roadbed has also put forward higher and higher requirements. In order to effectively control post-construction settlement and uneven settlement of subgrade in soft foundation, various soft foundation treatment methods have been widely used in railway construction. Based on the case of soft soil foundation treatment of Suining-Chongqing Railway, this paper introduces the pile forming process of vibro-replacement stone column, the precautions of construction quality control and the soil strength testing between pile and pile. Finally, some suggestions for future construction and design are put forward.
