准备活动是进行体育运动前不可或缺的一部分,健身气功作为一项以调身、调息和调心为手段来进行练习的民族传统体育项目,合理系统的准备活动是保证健身效果的基础。文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法等研究方法,针对目前健身气功在高校教学和群众健身方面的准备活动内容进行分析,并在此基础上对健身气功的准备活动进行探究性的创新,以促进健身气功更好的发展,造福人类身心健康。
Preparatory activities are an indispensable part of sports before. As a national traditional sports program that exercises fitness, adjusting interest rates and adjusting heart, Health Qigong is the basis for ensuring fitness results. In this paper, we use the methods of literature review, expert interviews and fieldwork to analyze the contents of the preparation of Qigong in teaching and mass fitness in colleges and universities, and on the basis of this, Innovation, in order to promote better development of Health Qigong for the benefit of human physical and mental health.
