电视台作为现代化媒体,其中枢部门——办公室有着重要的位置,它不但担负着全台整个日常工作及行政事务的正常运行、上传下达、下情上报、对内对外信息沟通、确保政令畅通的重要任务,同时也是实现领导工作意图、协调各部门关系的“总参谋部”。电视台办公室的工作繁琐而重要,因此,利用计算机信息管理系统建立良好的管理模式和信息处理平台,为信息共享和交流提供载体,为管理和决策服务,是电视台当前面临的一个新的课题。笔者有以下思考愿与同行们探讨。

It not only shoulders the normal operation of the whole daily work and administrative affairs of the whole station, but also uploads and issues reports to the public, communicates the internal and external information and ensures the smooth flow of government decrees Task, but also the intention of leading the work, coordination of the relationship between the various departments of the “General Staff.” The work of a TV station office is cumbersome and important. Therefore, it is a new issue that the TV station is currently facing to establish a good management mode and information processing platform by means of a computer information management system, provide a carrier for information sharing and exchange, and serve for management and decision-making. The author has the following thinking is willing to discuss with colleagues.
