目的:对伏立康唑磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物(VCZ-SBE)滴眼液对兔真菌性角膜炎的治疗作用进行考察。方法:采用烟曲霉菌建造家兔真菌性角膜炎(FK)模型。48只健康家兔,随机分为4组。A组12只右眼接种烟曲霉菌,不做任何治疗;B组12只右眼接种烟曲霉菌成功后当天开始滴用0.5%VCZ-SBE滴眼液;C组12只右眼接种烟曲霉菌成功后当天开始滴用1.0%VCZ-SBE滴眼液;D组12只右眼接种烟曲霉菌成功后当天开始滴用0.5%氟康唑滴眼液。随机取以上各组家兔健康左眼角膜作为空白对照。各组建模成功后当天及第1,4,7,14天进行溃疡评分,并于第1,4,7,14天各组处死3只家兔,取其角膜,观察炎症细胞浸润程度及真菌菌丝侵入深度。结果:各组兔右眼烟曲霉菌接种成功后溃疡评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组于治疗后的第7天溃疡评分明显低于A组(P<0.05),C组于治疗后的第4天溃疡评分明显低于A组(P<0.05),D组于治疗后的第14天溃疡评分明显低于A组(P<0.05)。在治疗后的第4、7、14天,C组的溃疡评分、炎症浸润深度及坏死程度均明显低于B、D组(P<0.05),而B组在治疗后的第7,14天的以上指标明显低于D组(P<0.05)。结论:与同浓度的氟康唑滴眼液相比,VCZ-SBE包合物滴眼液可更好地降低真菌性角膜炎的溃疡评分,降低浸润深度,且随着浓度的增加,药效增强。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of voriconazole sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex (VCZ-SBE) eye drops on fungal keratitis in rabbits. Methods: Rabbit fungal keratitis (FK) model was constructed by Aspergillus fumigatus. 48 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups. Conclusion: Compared with the same concentration of fluconazole eye drops, VCZ-SBE inclusion compound eye drops can reduce fungal keratitis ulcer score, reduce the depth of invasion, and with the increase in concentration, efficacy Enhanced.
