进入新世纪以来,农业部乡镇企业局(农产品加工局)根据新时期推进乡镇企业结构调整和战略转型的要求,大力发展以农产品加工业、休闲农业为主的农村二三产业,通过信息化带动,乡镇企业、农产品加工业、休闲农业等农村二三产业信息化基础建设逐步加强,信息化应用水平显著提高,有力推动了经济增长方式转变,促进了科学发展。——建立信息化工作三大载体,构建了乡镇企业、农产品加工、休闲农业信息化公共服务平台。
