目的探讨4种气流喷砂器和超声洁治器对牙面外来色素的清洁能力和对牙面粗糙度的影响。方法 33颗离体牙分别用4种气流喷砂器(OP组:Osada Porarisu T;HC组:HandyJet C;QS组:QuickJet S;PM组:Prophy-mate T)和超声洁治器(US组:Morita)处理后,用分光色差仪和激光表面粗糙形状测定机观察色差和牙面粗糙度的变化。结果清洁能力气流喷砂HC组、QS组与OP组、PM组间有差异(P≤0.05),与超声洁治组之间无差异;气流喷砂组色素去除后牙面粗糙度较超声洁治器组有所降低,但5组之间没有显著性差异。结论气流喷砂器HC组、QS组色素清除效果较OP组、PM组更好,与超声洁治效果相同;气流喷砂对牙面的粗糙度影响比超声洁治小。
Objective To investigate the effects of four kinds of airflow sandblasting devices and ultrasonic scaler on the cleaning ability of facial pigment and the roughness of tooth surface. Methods Twenty-three isolated teeth were treated with 4 kinds of sand blasting machine (OP group: Osada Porarisu T; HC group: HandyJet C; QS group: QuickJet S; PM group: Prophy- mate T) : Morita), the color difference and the change of tooth surface roughness were observed with a spectrophotometer and a laser surface roughness measuring machine. Results There was no difference between cleaning ability of sandblasting HC group, QS group and OP group and PM group (P≤0.05), and there was no difference between ultrasonic cleaning group and ultrasonic cleaning group. Cholera group decreased, but there was no significant difference between the 5 groups. Conclusion HC and QS group showed better effect of clearing pigment than group OP and PM, which was the same as that of ultrasonic cleaning. The effect of air blast on denture roughness was smaller than that of ultrasonic cleaning.
