以张家界荷花机场航站楼工程为背景,结合工程的技术难度大、施工周期短等特点及施工现场的实际情况,对航站楼主楼屋顶网架拔杆提升施工法的安装工艺流程、安装要点、整体验算分析等进行了较为详细的阐述,并提出了施工中应注意的关键问题。同时对网架关键节点的挠度进行施工过程与围护结构施工后监测,监测结果均满足相关规范要求。实践证明:该网架工程采用提升施工技术进行安装,达到了结构稳定、经济指标合理、施工安全等要求,减少了施工现场脚手架搭设的工作量,为航站楼工程其他专业交叉施工赢得了时间,同时减少了大量的高空焊接作业,取得了良好的综合效益。
