采用等温挤压成形工艺研究了大塑性变形下变形镁合金AZ31的成形性能,分析了成形过程中变形速率对成形性、成形力和应变的影响。结果表明,AZ31合金在300~350℃等温挤压成形,随变形速率的升高,挤压变形力呈下降的趋势;变形速率为1 mm/s时,应变分布均匀,能够获得最佳的成形质量和力学性能。
The isothermal extrusion forming process was used to study the formability of AZ31 magnesium alloy with large plastic deformation. The effect of deformation rate on the formability, forming force and strain during the forming process was analyzed. The results show that the AZ31 alloy is isothermally extruded at 300 ~ 350 ℃. With the increase of deformation rate, the extrusion deformation force tends to decrease. When the deformation rate is 1 mm / s, the strain distribution is uniform and the optimum forming Quality and mechanical properties.
