墨西哥革命制度党拥有的内外生态资源助其实现了自身与生态环境的良性互动,在较长时期内维持了一种动态平衡,从而创造了长期执政的奇迹。内部资源的异化、损耗与衰减,外部资源的分化与流失及内外资源未能及时得以更新、补齐,打破了平衡,使革命制度党陷入拥有的生态资源不足以支撑其继续执政的困境,最终不得不交出政权。鉴于此,为实现自身的更大发展,各国政党尤其是执政党要时刻注意经营自身的内外生态资源,使其持续增量发展;还要不断提高自身整合资源的能力,优化组合已有资源,发挥其最大功效。
