党的十八大从战略和全局的高度,对新形势下加强党的基层组织建设作出了全面部署。学生党支部作为党在高校的基层组织,担负着党在高校直接联系青年学生、引导学生、团结学生的重要使命。将“核心能力”概念运用于学生党支部建设中,阐述核心能力视角下加强学生党支部建设的战略意义。基于人力资源管理动力模式理论,从动力价值层面、理念指导层面、机制规范层面、操作执行层面,构建高校学生党支部多维立体化的核心能力系统。 At the strategic and overall level, the 18th CPC National Congress has made a comprehensive plan for strengthening the party’s grassroots organizations under the new situation. As a grass-roots party organization in colleges and universities, the student party branch shoulders the important mission of the party in direct contact with young students in colleges and universities to guide students and unite students. Applying the concept of “core competence ” in the construction of student party branches, and expounding the strategic significance of strengthening student party branch construction from the perspective of core competence. Based on the theory of motivation model of human resource management, this paper constructs a multidimensional core competency system of college student party branch from the aspect of motivation value, philosophy guidance, mechanism standardization and operation implementation.
