设计了一套重力式热管空调机组并进行了运行特性试验。试验表明:在室内外温差10℃,运行风量3500m3/h时,空调制冷量可达到4000W;室内外温差确定的情况下,增大风量对制冷量的影响慢慢减小;风量确定的情况下,制冷量随室内外温差的增大而增大;在相同工况下,换热管数目增加1倍,制冷量只增加14%,而机组成本增加30%以上,经济性较差。
A set of gravity heat pipe air conditioning unit was designed and tested. The test shows that when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is 10 ℃ and the operating air volume is 3500m3 / h, the air-conditioning cooling capacity can reach 4000W; under the condition of the indoor-outdoor temperature difference being determined, the influence of increasing the air volume on the cooling capacity decreases slowly; , The cooling capacity increases with the increase of temperature difference between indoor and outdoor; under the same operating conditions, the number of heat exchange tubes increases by 1 time, the cooling capacity increases by only 14%, while the unit cost increases by more than 30%, resulting in poor economy.
