解构学科课程、重构项目课程已成为职业教育课程改革的主导理念。项目设计是构建项目课程的关键环节,教师反思是项目设计的重要保障。美国教育学家布鲁巴赫(J.W.Brubacher)等在借鉴其他人思想的基础上,从时间维度构想教师反思,认为教师反思可分为三类:对实践反思、实践中反思和为实践反思。这三类阶段性反思,反映在项目设计上就是项目设计前反思、项目设计中反思、项目设计后反思。
Deconstructing the subject curriculum and reconstructing the project curriculum has become the dominant concept of the reform of vocational education curriculum. Project design is the key to build a project curriculum, teacher reflection is an important guarantee for project design. Based on the ideas of other people, American educator J.W.Brubacher thinks that teachers’ reflection can be divided into three categories from the time dimension: reflection on practice, reflection on practice and reflection on practice. These three stages of reflection, reflected in the project design is the project before the design of reflection, reflection in the project design, project design and reflection.
