随着社会的高速发展，教育改革的不断收入，初中阶段美术教育教学逐渐受到人们重视。新的美术课程标准中提出，初中美术教育的目的不是单纯地追求技能和强化训练，不是把学生培养成美术家，而是将美术当成一种语言和感情表达出来。
