目的:建立甲硝唑呋喃西林外用片中甲硝唑的含量测定方法。方法:采用双波长等吸收分光光度法,以0.1 mol·L~(-1)的盐酸溶液为溶剂,在(402±1)nm和(276±1)nm波长处分别测定甲硝唑吸光度以供差值计算甲硝唑的含量,消除呋喃西林的干扰。结果:甲硝唑在1.01×10~(-5)~-1.51×10~(-5)g·ml~(-1)浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为99.12%~100.47%,RSD=0.62%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于甲硝唑的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of metronidazole in Metronidazole Nitrofurazone tablet. Methods: The absorbance of metronidazole was measured at (402 ± 1) nm and (276 ± 1) nm with 0.1 mol·L ~ (-1) hydrochloric acid as solvent by dual wavelength absorption spectrophotometry Differences were calculated for the content of metronidazole to eliminate the interference of nitrofurazone. Results: Metronidazole showed a good linearity in the range of 1.01 × 10 -5 -1.51 × 10 -5 g · ml -1, r = 0.999 9; the average recovery was 99.12 % ~ 100.47%, RSD = 0.62% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for the determination of metronidazole.
