目的:用一种改良引流管安置方法来减少引流管的不良事件,并观察其效果。方法:收集遵义医学院第一附属医院骨一科2012年6月至2017年6月的临床手术病例,使用改良的固定方法固定术区引流管,观察其引流管的不良事件发生率(引流管扭曲受压、引流管脱落、引流不畅、拔管困难)。将835例改良放置引流管的患者与既往常规固定方法的患者进行比较分析。结果:扭曲受压及拔管困难的发生率改良组低于常规固定组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:引流管固定方法的改良能降低引流管拔管困难及扭曲受压,降低相关引流管不良事件。 OBJECTIVE: To reduce the adverse events of the drainage tube with an improved drainage tube placement and observe its effectiveness. Methods: The cases of clinical operation from June 2012 to June 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College were collected, and the drainage tube was fixed with the improved fixation method to observe the incidence of adverse events of the drainage tube (drainage tube Distorted compression, drainage tube off, poor drainage, extubation difficulties). A total of 835 patients with modified drainage catheters were compared with those with conventional fixation methods. Results: The incidence of distorted compression and extubation was lower in the modified group than in the conventional fixation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The improvement of drainage tube fixation method can reduce the difficulty of drainage tube extubation and distort compression, reduce the related drainage tube adverse events.
