目的:为了了解桂郁金种质资源的遗传多样性和亲缘关系。方法:利用SSR分子标记技术对广西12个不同产地的35份桂郁金种质进行分析,并运用NTsys 2.10e软件进行聚类。结果:11条引物扩增得到片段52条,其中35条为多态性片段,多态率达67.31%,遗传相似系数的范围在0.63~1.00之间。结论:广西12个不同产地的桂郁金种质存在着较大的差异,遗传多样性较丰富。该结果可以为桂郁金优良种质资源筛选,良种繁育等研究提供一定的参考依据。
Objective: To understand the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of Guiyu golden germplasm resources. Methods: 35 accessions of Guiyu were collected from 12 different provenances of Guangxi Autonomous Region by SSR molecular markers and clustered using NTsys 2.10e software. Results: 52 primers were amplified by 11 primers, of which 35 were polymorphic. The polymorphism rate was 67.31%. The genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.63 to 1.00. Conclusion: There are great differences in the germplasm resources of Guiyu golden in 12 different producing areas in Guangxi, and their genetic diversity is rich. The results can provide some references for the research of the excellent germplasm resources screening, breeding and breeding of Guiyu.
