目的：本文就急救护理路径在抢救心肌梗死中的应用效果进行探究。方法：将我院近期收治的104例心肌梗死患者，按照入院后顺序分为实验组与参照组，各52例。参照组患者在抢救时间接受常规护理，实验组在抢救期间接受急救护理路径。结果：实验组患者的急诊停留时间、球囊扩张时间、住院时间均短于参照组，院内死亡率低于参照组，护理满意度评分高于参照组，统计学检验结果显示P<0.05。结论：在抢救心肌梗死患者时，实施急救护理路径能够提高其抢救效果与患者满意度评分，值得推广。“,”objective:in this paper, the emergency care path in rescuing explore the application effect of myocardial infarction. Methods:our hospital recent treated 104 cases of patients with myocardial infarction, according to the order is divided into the experimental group and control group after admission, all 52 cases. In the control group patients rescue time for routine nursing, the experimental group received emergency care path during the rescue. Results:the patients of the emergency stop time, balloon expansion time, length of hospital stay were shorter than the control group, hospital mortality rate is lower than the control group, nursing satisfaction score higher than the control group, the statistical test results show that the P<0.05. Conclusion:in rescuing patients with myocardial infarction, path can improve the effect of the rescue and ifrst-aid nursing patient satisfaction scores, and is worth promoting.
