目的:探讨原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤(PCNSL)的MR影像学表现特征,提高影像专业医师对该病的认识及诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析3例经病理证实的PCNSL的影像学资料。结果:3例均为弥漫性大B细胞性淋巴瘤,MR主要表现为大脑凸面或脑白质深部近中线结构多发的软组织肿块,增强扫描明显均匀或欠均匀强化。结论:PCNSL的MR影像学表现具有一定的特异性,最终确诊仍依赖于病理。
Objective: To investigate the features of MR imaging features of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) and to improve the understanding and diagnosis of this disease among imaging professionals. Methods: Three cases of pathologically confirmed PCNSL were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All three cases were diffuse large B - cell lymphoma. MR mainly manifested as soft tissue mass with convex or white matter near the midline structure of the white matter. The enhancement was obviously uniform or less uniform. Conclusion: The MR imaging findings of PCNSL have certain specificity. The final diagnosis is still dependent on the pathology.
