我公司在运行CK61160×8M/32T数控重型卧式车床是专用于轧辊加工的专用数控车床,自2010年10月份接手以来,因其具有加工长度长、承载能力好等方面的优势,是我公司日常生产运行中的关键设备载体之一。在近3年以来的实际运行过程当中发现:受到尾座主轴轴承润滑条件的限制性因素影响,尾座主轴轴承频繁出现磨损问题,并引发尾座运行失效,乃至整个机床停机检修,无法保障CK61160×8M/32T数控重型卧式车床的安全、可靠运行,也给我公司的日常生产运行带来了较大的经济损失。为解决这一问题,本文在对该数控车床尾座主轴轴承润滑油路问题表现特点进行分析的基础之上,研究了润滑油路出现润滑性能失效问题的原因,并提出了针对性的改进措施,取得了良好的效果,现对其做详细总结。
