目的:考察采籽前后荒漠肉苁蓉不同部位中松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,Kromasil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇(A)-0.1%甲酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱:0～37min,26.5%A;37～40min,26.5%～29.5%A;40～65min,29.5%A;检测波长:334nm;流速:1mL/min;柱温:35℃。结果:松果菊苷在0.0284～0.6320μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.56%,RSD为1.82%(n=6),毛蕊花糖苷在0.0320～0.7100μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.22%,RSD为0.97%(n=6)。采籽前随机抽取的7根药材,其头部及根部中松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷总量均大于0.30%,符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定,其中2根药材头部两成分总量大于根部;采籽后药材中只有1号根部两成分总量符合《中华人民共和国药典》规定,其余均不符合。结论:采籽后药材中有效成分松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷总量明显低于采籽前,药材的头部与根部存在较大差别,但其个体差异较大,未显示一致性。
Objective: To investigate the content of echinacoside and verbascoside in different parts of Desert Cistanche desertica before and after the seed mining. Methods: Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The total amount of echinacoside and abacterial glycosides in the roots and roots of seven medicinal materials randomly collected before seed-picking was more than 0.30%, which was consistent with the provisions of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China. The total amount of the two components of the two herbs was greater than that of the roots ; After harvesting seeds, only the total amount of the two components in the root of No.1 meet the requirements of the “Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China”, and the rest are not in conformity. Conclusion: The total contents of echinacoside and verbascoside in medicinal materials after harvesting were significantly lower than those before harvesting. There was a big difference between the head and the roots of medicinal materials, but their individual differences were not significant.
