This study included 10 healthy women who had a normal ovulation cycle, aged 22-34 years, and had not taken any steroid contraceptives for at least 4 months prior to the study. The study included 3 consecutive cycles, with no medication in the first and third cycles (control cycle), and five daily intramuscular HOE766 [D-ser (TBU) to 6-LHRH- (1-9) -nonapeptide-ethylamide 〔〕 〔〕 〔〕 〔〕, and the other 5 cases of placebo daily intramuscular injection, all subjects recorded basal body temperature (BBT) in the first, second and third days of the drug cycle before injection of HOE766 or placebo and injection Four hours after the injection, venous blood was taken at 4, 4 hours after the seventh, the twelfth, the thirteenth, and the fourteen days after the injection, respectively. Serum LH, FSH, and FSH were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA)
