Andrew Ness is a Principal Research Consultant for Urban Land Institute-Asia Pacific and serves as the Consultant General Counsel for 2012 China Urban Surveys. The subsidiary of Geelsson Lehman Brothers Group Asia Pacific Real Estate Committee member In addition to frequently giving presentations to clients in Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York, he also has deep insights into the current status and patterns of pension institutions in China from the actual research conducted in several cities. The United States is a pioneer in the pension industry. Its model of continuing care and retirement community (CCRCs) represents the advanced form of pension institutions. In the eyes of foreign researchers, what is the status quo of the pension market in China and how private investors are involved? What are the suggestions they will make? This magazine interviewed Andrew Ness, the chief research consultant of the Urban Land Institute of the United States .
