一是围绕选优配强班子抓整顿。对13个村班子进行整顿调整，下派第一书记7人，选举产生村党支部书记2人，实现后进村“两委”班子的优化配置。二是围绕提升能力素质抓整顿。把提升村干部能力素质作为整顿工作的重要保障，对村党组织书记培训累计达120人次，对后进村党员全员培训一遍，达1500人次。
