唾液溶菌酶是具广谱抗微生物作用的非免疫性阳离子蛋白。有研究报道它具有抗念珠菌功能。本研究旨在检测与分析唾液溶菌酶浓度与念珠菌计数之间的关系。 材料和方法 按年龄分层随机抽取具有地域代表性的中老年人595例,分别收集未刺激全唾液、刺激腮腺唾液、刺激舌下腺及颌下腺唾液,计算唾液流速(米/分/腺)。以未刺激全唾液计数念珠菌菌落形成单位(cfu)。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测溶菌酶量。采用线性回归统计分析结果以评估溶菌酶浓度与唾液流速、念珠菌计数及年龄的关系。不同念珠菌计数水平组间溶菌酶浓度差异采用ANOVA分析。
Saliva lysozyme is a non-immunogenic cationic protein with a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity. Some studies have reported that it has anti-Candida function. The aim of this study was to examine and analyze the relationship between salivary lysozyme concentration and Candida count. Materials and Methods 595 middle-aged and elderly people were randomly selected according to age stratification. Salivary flow rate (m / min / gland) was calculated by collecting unstimulated whole saliva, stimulating parotid saliva, stimulating sublingual glands and submandibular gland saliva. Candida colony forming units (cfu) were counted as unstimulated whole saliva. Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to measure the amount of lysozyme. Linear regression statistical analysis was performed to assess the relationship between lysozyme concentration and saliva flow rate, Candida count, and age. The differences in lysozyme concentrations between different Candida counts were analyzed by ANOVA.
