成本管理作为施工企业的重要管理内容,直接关系到企业效益和发展。当前,施工企业招投标日益公开,项目利润空间不大。企业若要在激烈的市场竞争中取得一席之地,需要加强成本管理,提升企业效益。本文从施工企业成本管理的意义出发,分析施工企业成本管理存在的问题,并提出相应关键点的优化措施。
