本项研究在不同年代观察了哈尔滨市13~17岁少年的手腕部骨发育状况。结果表明,男女少年各掌指骨干骷融合进程1991年约比1981年提前了1岁。桡骨远端干骺融合也表现出这一特点。反映儿童骨矿化水平的二掌骨皮质厚度均值,相距10年两次观察男女少年均较接近,但骨皮质指数1991年观察结果比1981年增加3%。小指中节骨缩小检出率1991年男性几乎同198年持平,而女性此率则1991年明显增高(P<0.01)。反映城市女孩该形态变异有不断增长的趋势.本观察证实。13~17岁少年手腕部骨发育进程具有年代变化,且有较规律的性别差异。
In this study, we observed the development of wrist bone in Harbin’s 13-17-year-olds at different ages. The results show that the male and female juvenile palm phalanges Skeleton fusion process in 1991 about 1 year earlier than in 1981. Distal radial metaphyseal fusion also showed this feature. The average thickness of the two metacarpal cortices, which reflect the level of bone mineralization in children, were close to each other for both boys and girls at 10 years of age.
