1.前言在各式各样的驱功场合,使用着大量的联轴节。各种联轴节产品间的最大区别,在于其扭转弹性具有不同的数量级。作为实际的高弹性扭转联轴节,应当这样设计:即在额定扭矩下,联轴节的扭转角至少为5°。在联轴节制造厂家的产品样本中,没有额定扭矩下的扭转角值。但除给出了传递的额定扭矩外,还给出了动态扭转刚度С_dgn〔Nm/rad〕,所以扭转角可由下述公式计算得出:
1. Foreword In a wide range of driving occasions, using a large number of couplings. The biggest difference between the various coupling products lies in its torsional flexibility with different orders of magnitude. As a practical torsion spring coupling, the design should be such that at a rated torque, the torsion angle of the coupling is at least 5 °. In the coupling manufacturer’s catalog, there is no value of torsion at rated torque.
