进入21世纪,技术迅速发展,经济全球化日渐端倪,国际竞争日益激烈。在此背景下,企业自主创新在推动国家或地区经济发展,获取竞争优势方面具有决定性作用。与大企业相比,中小企业是市场中的弱势群体,存在着更多的生存与发展危机;与世界发达国家企业相比,我国中小企业自主创新能力的不足是个突出问题。加强我国中小企业的自主创新能力的建设就变得异常重要。本文主要针对我国中小企业自主创新过程中面临的困境提出了相应改进措施,以增强我国中小企业竞争优势,使我国中小企业在经济全球化背景下的激烈竞争中处于不败之地。
In the 21st century, technology has developed rapidly, economic globalization has gradually become more prominent, and international competition has become increasingly fierce. In this context, the independent innovation of enterprises plays a decisive role in promoting the economic development of the country or region and gaining competitive advantage. Compared with large enterprises, SMEs are disadvantaged groups in the market, and there are more survival and development crises. Compared with developed country enterprises in the world, the lack of independent innovation capability of SMEs in China is a prominent issue. It has become extremely important to strengthen the construction of independent innovation capabilities for SMEs in China. This article mainly aims at the dilemma faced by our country’s SMEs in the process of independent innovation and proposes corresponding improvement measures to enhance the competitive advantage of China’s SMEs, so that SMEs in China are in an invincible position in the fierce competition under the background of economic globalization.
