We should stop talking about what we call “good governance.” Let us look for the real motivation for growth that will drive the growth of our business, the growth of our company, and the growth of our lives. In your actions, refer to these Managed Manifesto: 1. Remove “Consensus” from your head. This is what primary school teachers can teach. When someone tells you they want to reach a consensus, go out and tell them you have real things to do. 2. Refuse to “traditional wisdom” to package things. In fact, tradition and wisdom are a contradiction in themselves. Once it becomes traditional, it means that it belongs to yesterday. 3. Unless you are working for a company that is training for so-called success, forget about team building. Take a look at those really successful people, such as Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, who both come up with great ideas of their own before they get a team to do it.
