猕猴桃为猕猴桃科的木质藤本植物,维生素C含量很高,并富含钙、铁、磷、蛋白质等营养成份,是国际公认的营养佳品。我国是猕猴桃原产地,资源丰富,分布较广。但由于猕猴桃用种子繁殖,后代性状发生变异,而用芽接和扦插的方法快速繁殖大量的优质苗木困难很大,要解决这一大难题,只有采用组织培养的方法。对于猕猴桃的茎段培养再生植株用得较多的是玉米素(zt)。但价格昂贵,成本太高。为了降低成本,提高经济效益,我们用6—BA代替zt进行试验,效果与用zt相等。初步达到预期效果。
