降低铝电解阳极效应系数,对电解槽生产组织、节能减排都具有积极的意义。根据某公司400k A铝电解槽降低阳极效应系数的探索,本文提出了保持稳定的工艺技术条件,人机结合控制氧化铝浓度,有效降低了400k A铝电解槽的阳极效应系数,可供大规模预焙槽生产借鉴。
