应用扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法对超导线材阻隔层用铌片表面起皮缺陷进行了研究,并对引起表面起皮的过程进行了分析。结果表明:引起超导线材阻隔层用铌片表面起皮的主要原因有W元素的偏析、铸锭熔炼工艺和板坯表面处理工艺等。提出相应的改进措施,提高了铌片的表面质量。
The cracking of the superconducting wire rod was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and the process of surface skin cracking was analyzed. The results show that the main causes of the skin cracking of the niobium sheet for the barrier layer of superconducting wire are the segregation of W element, the ingot melting process and the slab surface treatment process. Put forward corresponding improvement measures to improve the surface quality of niobium pieces.
