目的:探讨DNA倍性在骨巨细胞瘤预后评估中的作用。方法:30例骨巨细胞瘤石蜡包埋组织分别按照Jaffe分级、Ennecking分期、术后有无复发、有无转移等进行分组。通过流式细胞术检测标本组DNA的倍性,观察各组之间DNA倍性的差异。结果:标本组中14例为整倍体,16例为异倍体;DNA倍性与Ennecking分期和是否复发存在相关性,异倍体的比率随Ennecking分期的增高而增加(P<0.01),并在复发组高于无复发组(P<0.05);DNA倍性与Jaffe分级以及有无转移无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:DNA倍性与骨巨细胞瘤的生物学行为呈现出相关性,可以用来评估骨巨细胞瘤的临床预后。
Objective: To investigate the role of DNA ploidy in the prognosis evaluation of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods: Thirty cases of giant cell tumor of paraffin embedded in tissues were divided according to Jaffe classification, Ennecking staging, postoperative recurrence, metastasis and so on. The ploidy of DNA of the sample group was detected by flow cytometry and the difference of DNA ploidy between the groups was observed. Results: In the sample group, 14 cases were euploid and 16 cases were aneuploid. The DNA ploidy was correlated with Ennecking staging and recurrence. The aneuploidy ratio increased with Ennecking staging (P <0.01) (P <0.05). There was no correlation between DNA ploidy and Jaffe classification and metastasis (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The DNA ploidy is correlated with the biological behavior of giant cell tumor of bone, which can be used to evaluate the clinical prognosis of giant cell tumor of bone.
