DK7725型电火花数控线切割机床是我国80年代产品.该机床自动化程度高,适用性强,可加工各种冲模、靠模、样板及异形零件、但该机床的运丝电路下尽完美,使用中常断钼丝而影响产品产量和质量,钼丝消耗量大,费用高.该机床原运丝电路工作过程见图1、合上K_1,运丝控制电路得电,按下按钮AK_2,交流接触器J_2得电吸合.同时交流接触器J_3也得电吸合,运丝电动机开始正转。当贮丝筒正转工作结束后,挡铁撞行程开关XK_2使其常闭触点断开,交流接触器J_3失电释放、同时XK_2 ,常开触点闭合,使交流接触器J_4得电吸合,运丝电动机反转,贮丝筒电动机换向.
